- Assess goal progress - Evaluate how your goals have evolved and what you’ve learned
- Identify insights - Discover patterns in your work style, strengths, and career direction
- Plan ahead - Set new goals and create action plans for the next quarter
Note: To get the most value from quarterly reviews, you’ll need at least 6 weeks of reflections. This provides enough data to identify meaningful patterns and trends in your work.
