How It Works
The Basics
- Share your link - Get your unique referral link from Settings
- Friend signs up - They create an account using your link
- Friend subscribes - When they become a paying customer
- You earn credit - 30 days of free service added to your account

- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Find the Referral Program section
- Your unique link is displayed
- Click Copy to copy to clipboard

Your referral link looks like:

- Copy and paste your link in messages, emails, or posts
- Click the email share button to open a pre-filled email

Referral Statuses

Viewing Your Stats
In your referral dashboard, you’ll see:
- Total Referrals: Everyone who used your link
- Pending: Signed up but not yet subscribed
- Converted: Subscribed (earned you credit)
- Total Days Earned: Your accumulated free service
How Credits Work
When Credits Apply
Credits are applied automatically:
- When your friend’s subscription is confirmed
- Your account is credited 30 days
- Credit extends your next billing date
Example
Current billing date: February 1
Friend subscribes: January 15
New billing date: March 3 (30 days later)Multiple Credits
Credits accumulate! If you refer 3 friends:

Rules & Eligibility
Who Can Participate
To use the referral program, you must:
- Have an active olllo subscription (or be in trial)
- Not have been flagged for abuse
- Use legitimate referral methods
Who Your Friends Must Be
For a referral to count:
- Must be a new olllo user (never had an account)
- Must sign up using your referral link
- Must subscribe to a paid plan (not just trial)
What’s Not Allowed

What Your Friends Get
When someone uses your referral link, they receive:
- Free trial - Same trial period as all new users
- Beta pricing - If they sign up during beta period
- Seamless signup - Your referral is automatically tracked

How long does my friend have to subscribe?
There’s no strict deadline, but referrals may expire if your friend doesn’t subscribe within a reasonable timeframe (typically 90 days).
Can I refer someone who already has an account?
No. Referrals only work for new users who have never had an olllo account.
Do credits expire?
No. Once credited, your free days don’t expire. They’re applied to your subscription indefinitely.
Can I combine referral credits with beta pricing?
Yes! Referral credits and beta pricing work together:
- Beta pricing gives you 50% off
- Referral credits extend your subscription
- You get both benefits
What if my friend cancels?
Once your credit is awarded (at the time of their subscription), it’s yours to keep even if your friend later cancels.
Can I transfer credits to someone else?
No. Referral credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
I referred a friend but didn’t get credit. Why?
Common reasons:
