Subscription Management
Manage your olllo subscription, update payment methods, change billing cycles, and more.
Accessing Your Subscription
From the App
- Click your profile icon in the top right
- Select Settings
- Click Subscription in the sidebar
- You’ll see your current plan and options
Direct Portal Access
Click Manage Subscription to open the billing portal where you can:
- Update payment methods
- View and download invoices
- Change your billing cycle
- Cancel your subscription
Viewing Your Current Plan
Your subscription page displays:

| Plan | Your current plan (Starter) |
| Status | Active, Trialing, Past Due, or Canceled |
| Billing Cycle | Monthly or Annual |
| Next Billing | When your next payment will occur |
| Amount | What you’ll be charged |
Subscription Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Trialing | You’re in your free trial period |
| Active | Your subscription is current and paid |
| Past Due | Payment failed - please update your payment method |
| Canceled | Subscription ended - access until period ends |
Updating Payment Method
Adding or Changing Your Card
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Manage Subscription
- In the portal, click Payment methods
- Click Add payment method or Edit on existing card
- Enter your new card details
- Click Save
Failed Payment Recovery
If your payment fails:
- You’ll receive an email notification
- Your status changes to Past Due
- Update your payment method within the grace period
- Your subscription continues without interruption
Grace Period: You have 7 days to update your payment method before your subscription is paused.
Changing Billing Cycle
Monthly to Annual
Switching to annual billing:
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Manage Subscription
- Select Change plan
- Choose Annual billing
- You’ll be credited for unused time on your monthly plan
- Annual billing starts immediately
Benefit: Save 20% ($24/year) by switching to annual billing.
Annual to Monthly
Switching from annual to monthly:
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Manage Subscription
- Select Change plan
- Choose Monthly billing
- Change takes effect at your next renewal
Note: You’ll continue with annual billing until your current period ends.
Viewing Invoices
Invoice History
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Manage Subscription
- Click Billing history or Invoices
- View all past invoices
- Click any invoice to download PDF
Invoice Details
Each invoice includes:
- Invoice number
- Date and billing period
- Plan details
- Amount charged
- Payment method used
- Applied discounts (if any)
Canceling Your Subscription
How to Cancel
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Manage Subscription
- Click Cancel subscription
- Select a reason (optional but helpful)
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens When You Cancel
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- Data is preserved - you can resubscribe later
- No refunds for partial billing periods
- Beta pricing forfeited - if you resubscribe later, you’ll pay full price
Reactivating After Cancellation
If you cancel and want to come back:
- Log in to olllo
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Resubscribe
- Choose your billing cycle
- Add payment method (if needed)
Important: Beta pricing is not available for returning users who canceled during their beta period.
Referral Credits
Viewing Your Credits
If you’ve earned referral credits:
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- See your Referral Credits section
- View total days earned and applied
How Credits Work
- Each successful referral earns you 30 days of free service
- Credits are automatically applied to your next billing period
- Multiple credits can accumulate
- Credits extend your subscription, not reduce payment

Troubleshooting
Payment Declined
Common reasons and solutions:
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Insufficient funds | Add funds to your account or use different card |
| Card expired | Update with new card details |
| Bank declined | Contact your bank or use different card |
| 3D Secure required | Complete verification in bank app |
Subscription Not Updating
If changes don’t appear:
- Refresh the page
- Log out and log back in
- Wait a few minutes for Stripe to sync
- If still not updated, contact support
Can’t Access Portal
If the portal doesn’t open:
- Disable ad blockers temporarily
- Allow pop-ups from olllo.com
- Try a different browser
- Contact support if issue persists
