Subscription Management

Manage your olllo subscription, update payment methods, change billing cycles, and more.

Accessing Your Subscription

From the App

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right
  2. Select Settings
  3. Click Subscription in the sidebar
  4. You’ll see your current plan and options

Direct Portal Access

Click Manage Subscription to open the billing portal where you can:

  • Update payment methods
  • View and download invoices
  • Change your billing cycle
  • Cancel your subscription

Viewing Your Current Plan

Your subscription page displays:

Subscription Statuses

StatusMeaning
TrialingYou’re in your free trial period
ActiveYour subscription is current and paid
Past DuePayment failed - please update your payment method
CanceledSubscription ended - access until period ends

Updating Payment Method

Adding or Changing Your Card

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. In the portal, click Payment methods
  4. Click Add payment method or Edit on existing card
  5. Enter your new card details
  6. Click Save

Failed Payment Recovery

If your payment fails:

  1. You’ll receive an email notification
  2. Your status changes to Past Due
  3. Update your payment method within the grace period
  4. Your subscription continues without interruption

Grace Period: You have 7 days to update your payment method before your subscription is paused.

Changing Billing Cycle

Monthly to Annual

Switching to annual billing:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Select Change plan
  4. Choose Annual billing
  5. You’ll be credited for unused time on your monthly plan
  6. Annual billing starts immediately

Benefit: Save 20% ($24/year) by switching to annual billing.

Annual to Monthly

Switching from annual to monthly:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Select Change plan
  4. Choose Monthly billing
  5. Change takes effect at your next renewal

Note: You’ll continue with annual billing until your current period ends.

Viewing Invoices

Invoice History

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Click Billing history or Invoices
  4. View all past invoices
  5. Click any invoice to download PDF

Invoice Details

Each invoice includes:

  • Invoice number
  • Date and billing period
  • Plan details
  • Amount charged
  • Payment method used
  • Applied discounts (if any)

Canceling Your Subscription

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Click Cancel subscription
  4. Select a reason (optional but helpful)
  5. Confirm cancellation

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • Data is preserved - you can resubscribe later
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • Beta pricing forfeited - if you resubscribe later, you’ll pay full price

Reactivating After Cancellation

If you cancel and want to come back:

  1. Log in to olllo
  2. Go to Settings > Subscription
  3. Click Resubscribe
  4. Choose your billing cycle
  5. Add payment method (if needed)

Important: Beta pricing is not available for returning users who canceled during their beta period.

Referral Credits

Viewing Your Credits

If you’ve earned referral credits:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. See your Referral Credits section
  3. View total days earned and applied

How Credits Work

  • Each successful referral earns you 30 days of free service
  • Credits are automatically applied to your next billing period
  • Multiple credits can accumulate
  • Credits extend your subscription, not reduce payment

Troubleshooting

Payment Declined

Common reasons and solutions:

Insufficient fundsAdd funds to your account or use different card
Card expiredUpdate with new card details
Bank declinedContact your bank or use different card
3D Secure requiredComplete verification in bank app

Subscription Not Updating

If changes don’t appear:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Log out and log back in
  3. Wait a few minutes for Stripe to sync
  4. If still not updated, contact support

Can’t Access Portal

If the portal doesn’t open:

  1. Disable ad blockers temporarily
  2. Allow pop-ups from olllo.com
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Contact support if issue persists
